How to Measure

For the most accurate fit, measure yourself with a soft tape measure:

Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, about 1 inch above your belly button.

Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 7–9 inches below your waist.

Compare your body measurements to the garment measurements above. Remember: garment measurements are the actual fabric dimensions, not the recommended body size.
