Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with all tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable at checkout are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@getplushd.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
- Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible. Include your order number inside the package.
- Drop the package at any carrier location using the prepaid label we send you.
- Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 2–3 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we'll process your refund.
You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued. Allow 5–7 business days for it to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We make it easy:
- Email us at hello@getplushd.com with your order number and what you'd like instead
- We'll confirm availability and send a prepaid return label
- Once we receive your original item, your exchange ships within 1–2 business days
Exchanges are free — no shipping fees for size or color swaps.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@getplushd.com. Include a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll replace it at no charge and cover return shipping.
Conditions for Return
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
- Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be in its original condition — no odors, stains, or visible wear
Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you at your expense.
