Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2pm EST ship the following business day.
During high-volume periods (sales, new drops, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days. We'll notify you by email if your order is delayed.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (US): 5–8 business days — Free on orders over $75, otherwise $6.99
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days — $14.99
- Overnight Shipping (US): Next business day — $29.99 (order by 12pm EST)
Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not at the time of purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@getplushd.com.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
- Canada: 7–14 business days — $18.99
- United Kingdom: 10–18 business days — $22.99
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Plushd is not responsible for customs delays.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at hello@getplushd.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
Plushd is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Double-check your address before placing your order.
